STRENGTH INTEGRATION FOR TEEN GIRLS
Come join Silvana Busch and Allyson Friday as they coach the girls through strength training workouts, yoga, and breath work, meditation and mindfulness. In addition to confidence building both in the weight room and beyond. limited to 12 girls. Ages 13-17.
Program starts January 28th and ends March 18th.
