How much time do you spend on the roller? A couple of minutes a day? Not at all? Or hours? I try to spend at least 30 mins a day on the roller. When I was in my 30’s I never even looked twice at the roller. When I started it hurt and was uncomfortable. But now I can’t live without it. I have one everywhere I go consistently. My back and shoulders have never felt better. I can clear up monster headaches with one by simply rolling my back and releasing that tension. So get it out of your closet.
