Devin Perreault, a Colorado native, thrives on helping clients of all shapes and sizes gain confidence, perseverance, and strength through physical fitness training and nutritional counseling. Devin’s training system achieves maximum results for groups and individuals by integrating strength, conditioning, and corrective exercises supplemented by hard-hitting discussions on, say, the merits of Motown.
At the University of Colorado at Boulder, Devin earned a bachelor’s degree in Integrative Physiology—the study of the structure and function of living organisms. His deep appreciation for human movement and fitness potential is driven by a passion for studying the science of the human body, particularly biomechanics and neurophysiology. Devin initiated his career assistant-teaching exercise physiology to undergraduate students and he continually incorporates the latest relevant scientific findings into his work.
Devin strives to empower clients with customized tools and principles to enhance their health and well being, while expanding their perception of the body’s amazing capacity for change. Having trained hundreds of people over the past seven years, he has learned to measure his success by his clients’ progress.
Devin earned his certification as a personal trainer (CPT) through the National Academy of Sports Medicine, is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) through the National Strength and Conditioning Association, and holds specialized qualifications to coach Olympic weightlifting through the association of USA Weightlifting (USAW). Devin is also a Fitness Nutrition Specialist (FNS), certified through the National Academy of Sports Medicine and a Level 1 coach through Precision Nutrition. His love of 1980’s pop music is certifiable, but not yet certified.
