24 Hr Membership

Our members have access to our club 24 hrs a day. One of the many things that you will find at Body Balance that you won't find in other facilities is the workout of the day. One of the most difficult thing about training is staying motivated and knowing what to do. We post a workout of the day that you can follow or do you own workout. Also available to every member is

• Vida Yoga attached so going to yoga has never been easier
• Multitude of different equipment including the industry best cable machines
• Olympic weights, kettelbells, jump stretch bands, dumbbells from 10lbs to 85lbs
• Dynamax medicine balls, plyo box’s, and much more
• 20 ft ceilings
• Clean and new shower and changing facilities
• Windows on both sides of the facility with ample parking
• Indirect fluorescent lighting
• Lots of different tools to help you achieve your ideal fitness levels
