Group Training- Our version of boot camp and semi-private trainings, which utilizes all of the tools available. Such as kettlebells, gymanstic rings, plyometrics, bands, weights, body weight, stability balls, medicine balls, and much more. We always start with a functional warmup, then progress into the workout which includes a variety of exercises to keep your body guessing, burn calories, reduce inches, while increasing your strength and stamina. Oh yea and have a ton of fun! You wont beliieve how fast the time goes!!!!
